Our policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
TriumphWare provides all of our customers free support and updates for life.
We’ll do whatever’s required to help you and address any concern, problem or question you may have.

We will review each return/refund request on a case by case basis.
Once we look over your request we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 3-7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet please check with Paypal or your credit/debit card company if Stripe was used.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
