Unlock your iPhone today!

STEP 1:
Get your IMEI (15 digits) to do that please go to “Settings” then “General” then “About” on your iPhone OR dial *#06#.

STEP 2:
Include the IMEI number and MODEL of the phone in the Order Notes during checkout.
If you forget to include it, you may email it to us or submit it via our Support form.
STEP 3:
After your order is completed, you will get an email with instructions.

Keep in mind that this service normally take 30min-2 days to complete but in rare cases may take up to 7 days.

This will not work for the following iPhones:

  • BLACKLISTED
  • FINANCED WITH “AT&T NEXT SERVICE AGREEMENT”
  • UNDER CONTRACT “MUST COMPLETE SERVICE AGREEMENT”
  • BLOCKED
  • REPORTED LOST or STOLEN
  • RECENT DEVICE UPGRADE “MUST SUBMIT 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR LAST UPGRADE”
  • PAST DUE BALANCE

Refunds will NOT be issued if your device is already unlocked, wrong network, wrong or bad or not clean IMEI, hard locked, financed with ATT NEXT Agreement, Account had a recent device upgrade “Must submit 14 days after last upgrade”, account has a past due balance, under contract or frozen due to entering an incorrect unlock code too many times.

Once you receive our email indicating that your iPhone is unlocked you need to do the following:
1. Connect phone to Wifi and Upgrade the IOS (without any sim card installed )
2. Once Update complete – Turn OFF Phone
3. Insert any Sim Card (Other than AT&T)
3. Turn ON Phone
4. Connect to Wifi
5. Activate the phone – Phone Unlocked.

IF you in-counter NO SERVICE Do the Following:
Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
